About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Affiliates Marketing Manager to build and scale our affiliate partnership program. The ideal candidate will develop direct relationships with affiliate partners, identify new growth opportunities, and optimize performance across user acquisition channels. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong commercial skills, and hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Affiliate Partnerships: Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with direct affiliate partners to achieve acquisition and ROI targets.
  • Business Development: Identify, onboard, and develop new affiliate partnerships that align with Prime Insights' growth strategy.
  • Tracking & Analytics: Use platforms such as HasOffers and other affiliate tracking tools to monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor KPIs including CPA, CPL, ROI, and conversion rates, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure affiliate activities meet company quality standards, brand guidelines, and traffic quality requirements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to align affiliate strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Market Insights: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging acquisition channels, and new partnership opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnership management within digital products, mobile apps, or gaming.
  • Experience building and managing direct affiliate partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms such as HasOffers, Everflow, Tune, or Impact.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience optimizing campaigns using performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Previous experience working in the gaming, rewarded gaming, or play-to-earn industry is highly preferred.
