Affiliate Marketing Manager Contract
Rate: £300 per day, outside IR35
Location: Remote, UK based
Duration: One-month rolling contract
Start: Next week
We’re recruiting an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager for a digital agency to manage and optimise affiliate programmes across its client portfolio.
You’ll take responsibility for day-to-day delivery, partner relationships and commercial performance, working closely with clients and internal teams to drive revenue growth and improve return on investment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client affiliate programmes from partner recruitment and campaign launches through to reporting and optimisation.
- Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, influencers and media networks.
- Oversee daily programme operations, including affiliate applications, approvals and partner communications.
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, resolve issues and uncover growth opportunities.
- Manage affiliate budgets and forecasts, monitoring delivery against commercial targets.
- Produce clear performance reports and actionable recommendations for clients and senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with wider marketing teams to align affiliate activity with client objectives.
- Support junior team members with campaign management, reporting and partner communications.

Experience required:
- Proven experience managing affiliate marketing programmes and delivering measurable results.
- Experience using affiliate platforms such as Awin, Webgains, CJ, Rakuten or TikTok Shop.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate performance data into practical improvements.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting performance and optimising return on investment.
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple programmes and priorities, working independently in a busy agency environment.
- Availability to start next week.
