Affiliate Marketing Manager Contract

Rate: £300 per day, outside IR35

Location: Remote, UK based

Duration: One-month rolling contract

Start: Next week

We’re recruiting an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager for a digital agency to manage and optimise affiliate programmes across its client portfolio.

You’ll take responsibility for day-to-day delivery, partner relationships and commercial performance, working closely with clients and internal teams to drive revenue growth and improve return on investment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client affiliate programmes from partner recruitment and campaign launches through to reporting and optimisation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, influencers and media networks.
  • Oversee daily programme operations, including affiliate applications, approvals and partner communications.
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, resolve issues and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Manage affiliate budgets and forecasts, monitoring delivery against commercial targets.
  • Produce clear performance reports and actionable recommendations for clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with wider marketing teams to align affiliate activity with client objectives.
  • Support junior team members with campaign management, reporting and partner communications.

Experience required:

  • Proven experience managing affiliate marketing programmes and delivering measurable results.
  • Experience using affiliate platforms such as Awin, Webgains, CJ, Rakuten or TikTok Shop.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate performance data into practical improvements.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting performance and optimising return on investment.
  • Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple programmes and priorities, working independently in a busy agency environment.
  • Availability to start next week.
