We’re hiring: Affiliate Manager @ Nesti
We’re looking for someone to take full ownership of our affiliate channel.
We want someone who can build and run a proper affiliate community.
You’ll own:
- Recruiting new affiliates and creators
- Onboarding them properly
- Building relationships with our best performers
- Keeping creators active and posting consistently
- Running our affiliate community day-to-day
- Creating incentives, competitions and campaigns
- Identifying what our top affiliates are doing differently
- Feeding winning hooks, products and content ideas back into the community
- Tracking performance and knowing exactly who is driving revenue
- Re-engaging creators who have dropped off
- Finding ways to turn more affiliates into consistent sellers
- Working closely with our creative, paid and organic teams
- Owning the strategy for scaling the channel

How we work
Nesti is fast-moving.
- We don’t have endless meetings, layers of management or three-week approval processes.
- If something makes sense, we test it.

- If it doesn’t, we change it.
You’ll be given a lot of ownership, but that also means we expect you to think for yourself, move quickly and solve problems without needing to be chased.
We care much more about output than looking busy.
You don’t need to have every answer on day one, but you do need to be resourceful enough to go and find them.
This probably isn’t the role for you if you need extremely detailed instructions for every task.

We want someone commercial, organised, good with people and slightly obsessed with figuring out why certain creators sell and others don’t.
Experience managing TikTok Shop affiliates, creator communities, influencer marketing or performance partnerships is a big advantage.
But above everything else, we want someone who takes ownership.
Nesti is growing quickly, and there is a huge opportunity to build this channel into one of the biggest parts of the business.
