Affiliate & Partnerships Lead

We are looking for an Affiliate & Partnerships Lead to build and scale a high-performing affiliate channel as a core acquisition engine. This role will own the strategy, expand and activate a strong affiliate base, and drive measurable revenue growth through structured performance partnerships.

This is a builder role for someone with a demonstrated track record of turning affiliate into a meaningful, revenue-driving acquisition channel, with hands-on experience in Impact and other leading affiliate platforms.

What You’ll Own

  • Own and scale the affiliate program end-to-end within Impact
  • Develop the channel strategy, commission structures, and partner tiers
  • Proactively recruit, onboard, and activate high-quality affiliates
  • Identify new verticals and growth opportunities within the affiliate channel
  • Negotiate placements, content integrations, and performance-based deals
  • Monitor attribution, incrementality, and ROI
  • Optimize partner performance through structured testing and incentive models
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with paid media, lifecycle, and brand teams to align promotions and campaigns
  • Establish reporting frameworks and performance benchmarks

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
