Salary Range: £40k - £45k + commission
Employment Type: Full-time
realbuzz is the home of charity running. For more than 20 years, we've connected charities with runners and the events they want to be part of — from 10Ks to some of the world's biggest marathons.
As the world's leading provider of charity running programmes, we've helped facilitate more than £1bn in fundraising for our charity partners. Our mission is to make charity running more accessible worldwide, so more people can make their miles mean more.
The opportunity
We're looking for a commercially minded Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to help build and grow a brand-new CPA-based rewards programme for our community of runners. This is much more than a traditional affiliate account management role.
You'll have the opportunity to help build a new revenue stream from the ground up — recruiting affiliate partners, developing exclusive offers, driving tenancy revenue and creating wider commercial and sponsorship opportunities with brands across running, fitness, health and active lifestyle.
You'll be joining a growing organisation where you'll have genuine scope to shape the proposition and how it develops.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
