Clariness is looking for an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager (f/m/d) based in Berlin, Hamburg, Cape Town, UK, or Serbia.

About the Role
As an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in expanding and managing our network of affiliate partners and strategic relationships to support patient recruitment across global clinical trials. Working closely with Marketing, Patient Recruitment, Clinical Operations, and external partners, you will identify new growth opportunities, optimize partner performance, and help drive high-quality patient acquisition.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong relationship-building skills with a data-driven approach to performance marketing and partnership management.
Responsibilities
As an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager, you would be responsible for:
- Developing, managing, and growing affiliate and strategic partner relationships to support patient recruitment initiatives.
- Identifying, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with affiliates, publishers, patient advocacy groups, and other strategic partners.
- Coordinating partner campaigns and optimizing partner performance to maximize recruitment outcomes.
- Collaborating with Marketing teams to support performance marketing initiatives and improve acquisition across digital channels.
- Monitoring affiliate and campaign performance using key metrics and providing recommendations to improve lead quality, conversion, and ROI.
- Ensuring affiliate and partnership activities comply with applicable healthcare, privacy, and marketing regulations.
- Working closely with Marketing, Patient Recruitment, Clinical Operations, Compliance, Analytics, and external partners to identify new opportunities and continuously improve recruitment performance.

Requirements
We would like you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, business development, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven experience developing and managing affiliate programs, strategic partnerships, or publisher relationships.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, including CPA, CPL, CPC, attribution, and campaign optimization.
- Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, display advertising, or other paid media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting dashboards, web analytics, and campaign performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
- Experience working in the U.S. digital marketing environment, with a good understanding of U.S. consumer behavior, advertising platforms, and market practices.
- Experience working in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or another regulated industry is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
