Affiliate Team Lead
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Affiliate Team Lead based in the United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to lead and scale affiliate marketing operations within a fast-growing technology-driven environment.
You will be responsible for developing partnership strategies, improving campaign performance, and driving revenue growth through high-quality affiliate channels.
The position combines team leadership, data-driven decision-making, and strategic marketing execution.
You will mentor affiliate managers, strengthen key partner relationships, and help build innovative approaches to customer acquisition.

Accountabilities
As an Affiliate Team Lead, you will oversee affiliate operations, guide the team toward ambitious goals, and develop strategies that improve partner performance and business outcomes. You will combine leadership, analytics, and relationship management to continuously optimize affiliate initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and support budget forecasting and planning.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of affiliate managers, helping them achieve performance targets and professional growth.
- Organize onboarding processes and provide training, guidance, and ongoing support for team members.
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with high-value partners while creating incentive programs to strengthen collaboration.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new affiliates and expand partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize marketing campaigns, improve traffic quality, and maximize revenue.
- Analyze partner data, identify growth opportunities, and implement initiatives that improve ROI and long-term profitability.
- Drive continuous improvement by introducing new approaches, processes, and best practices within affiliate operations.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced affiliate marketing professional with strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of partnership-driven growth. You should be comfortable managing teams, developing strategies, and working in a dynamic international environment.
- Strong knowledge and experience within the iGaming industry.
- Proven experience developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies focused on acquisition and retention.
- Experience managing, mentoring, and motivating affiliate managers or similar marketing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate performance data, measure ROI, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Ability to identify valuable partnership opportunities and build long-term relationships with key affiliates.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to improving processes and performance.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make data-informed decisions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, international, and remote environment is a plus.
