Life at THG Beauty

We know that beauty isn’t one-size-fits-all. Our portfolio of leading retailers and iconic beauty brands caters to everyone, everywhere, empowering customers all over the world to look and feel fantastic.

By combining our portfolio of owned brands inclusive of ESPA, Ameliorate and Christophe Robin, with a marketplace for over 1,300 third-party beauty brands through online retail sites LOOKFANTASTIC, Cult Beauty, and Dermstore, THG Beauty's ambition is to be the global digital partner of choice across the beauty industry, supporting the channel shift to online.

THG Beauty’s breadth of relationships is unique to the beauty market; it engages with brands as a retailer, a brand owner, and a product developer and manufacturer, making it the industry’s digital strategic leader.

About Cult Beauty

Cult Beauty is one of the UK's leading online beauty destinations, known for a curated, expert-led edit of the best emerging and established beauty brands. As part of THG, Cult Beauty combines an entrepreneurial, fast-moving culture with the scale, data and technology of a global e-commerce group. The affiliates and partnerships channel is a genuine growth priority for the business, with strong performance to date and significant headroom to scale reach, revenue and brand awareness over the next 12–24 months.

Why be a Affiliates Executive at THG Beauty?

The Affiliate Executive is responsible for the growth of the affiliate channel and performance for Cult Beauty, with a primary focus on delivering Revenue, Gross Profit (GP) and key channel KPIs. The role will report to the Affiliate Manager and will also support the Senior Affiliate Manager in executing the Global Affiliates growth strategy and managing marketing spend efficiently across the channel.

As Affiliates Executive, you’ll:

  • Support the execution of the Cult Beauty Global Affiliates strategy alongside the Affiliate Manager and Senior Affiliate Manager.
  • Own delivery of Revenue, Gross Profit (GP) and key KPIs for the affiliate channel, monitoring and analysing performance against targets and ROI, and continually suggesting and implementing optimisations for ongoing growth.
  • Manage and report on affiliate marketing spend and commission budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and cost of sale in line with targets.
  • Collaborate with trading teams and other key channels to support overall performance.
  • Align exposure to planned promotional and campaign activity within the marketing calendar, together with proactively advising on additional tactics to support regional and global targets.
  • Negotiate and book affiliate spend and exposure to drive efficiencies across the channel, including publisher commission optimisations, content creation and tenancy agreements, working directly with affiliate networks such as Awin, Partnerize, Impact and Commission Junction.
  • Recruit, onboard and activate new affiliate publishers and third-party partners, building strong, long-term relationships across the portfolio.
  • Have ownership of key campaigns and executional excellence in delivery across the channel.
  • Monitor publisher compliance with brand and content guidelines, and identify and manage affiliate fraud risk (e.g. ad hijacking, cookie stuffing, sub-network transparency issues), escalating as required.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to ensure activities are in line with the industry, surfacing new and market-leading initiatives to lead through exposure and engagement.
  • Implement the latest industry technologies, trialling new partnerships and detecting new opportunities to drive innovation and experimentation.
  • Identify new opportunities to drive digital excellence in retail, optimising existing relationships and identifying new partnerships with key affiliate networks to accelerate brand recognition and preference.
  • Prepare and deliver clear performance reporting and recommendations for the Affiliate Manager, Senior Affiliate Manager and wider senior stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
