We're looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to drive acquisition, revenue, and growth across our diverse range of brands and product lines during an exciting period of innovation within our performance channels.
The role will be published until Wednesday 26th August 2026. The successful candidate will join the team once a week in our Luton office.

ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll manage day-to-day relationships with key affiliate partners across TUI UK&I, ensuring our brands, offers and creative assets are always accurate, visible and effectively promoted.
- Spotting opportunities to strengthen partner performance comes naturally to you, and you'll adjust budgets accordingly whilst regularly speaking with partners to review plans and agree optimisations.
- Using Impact Radius, you'll review performance data, monitor KPIs and implement improvements that drive efficiency and incremental growth.
- Playing a key role in our monthly planning cycle, you'll help forecast and track spend, maintain accurate reporting, and ensure all partner activity and invoices are processed smoothly.
- You'll carry out regular competitor and partner audits, ensuring we're maximising exposure and staying ahead in the travel space.
- Working with internal teams and external networks, you'll help onboard new partners and explore innovative opportunities to grow the affiliate channel.

ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing is desirable — affiliate experience is a bonus but not essential.
- You're passionate about travel and/or digital marketing, with a desire to learn and stay up to date with a fast-moving industry.
- Your excellent communication skills are matched by your relationship-building abilities.
- Strong analytical and numerical capability means you're comfortable using data to inform decisions.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, you can manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive problem-solver, you think creatively, challenge the status quo and bring new ideas to the table.
