The Role
The Affiliate Senior Executive role sits within the Affiliate, Aggregator and Lead Generation team at MG OMD and plays a key role in delivering high-quality activity across assigned client accounts.
The function of the Affiliate Senior Executive is to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of client accounts and support with media campaign creation, strategy and evaluation within the channel. The Senior Executive is expected to master and utilise required technology platforms effectively and run activity confidently with media partners. They are expected to contribute meaningful insights and recommendations, and act as a trusted day to day contact for clients.
The role works closely with Account Managers and Account Directors to activate strategy, optimise performance and deliver consistently strong results for clients. This role is hands on and performance driven, with growing ownership and autonomy.
The Work
- Provide day-to-day affiliate account support, manage key processes and build relationships with affiliate partners and clients
- Contribute to key deliverables such as weekly reporting, post-campaign analysis, competitor monitoring and auditing
- Establish a comprehensive working knowledge of key affiliate and internal agency processes
- Assist your team to coordinate, execute and evaluate campaign strategies for the channel
- Learn about, sourcing and recommend new ideas and implement them for the client’s benefit
- Develop and apply an understanding of key industry and agency tools, systems and analytics
- Build and maintain relationships with other agency teams to drive integrated work

Communication & Collaboration
- Act as a reliable day-to-day client contact, building trust and confidence
- Work closely with Account Managers and Directors to deliver account objectives
- Collaborate with other specialist teams to support integrated delivery
- Communicate performance, insights and recommendations clearly and confidently
- Build productive relationships with platform and channel partners
Commerciality, Accountability & Operations
- Deliver activity in line with agreed budgets, forecasts and commercial parameters
- Monitor pacing and performance daily, escalating risks or issues appropriately
- Support forecasting, reporting and end-of-month reconciliation
- Follow QA, audit and governance processes consistently
- Maintain accurate documentation
Client & Partner Relationships
- Develop a strong understanding of client objectives and success metrics
- Present performance updates and insights confidently to clients
- Maintain professional relationships with media owners and platform partners
- Stay informed on channel developments and emerging opportunities
- Contribute to work that drives performance and long-term client value
