About the Summit
Afreximbank, Africa’s leading pan-African multilateral financial institution, is hosting a Global Talent Summit in London to attract high-calibre mid- to senior-career professionals interested in long-term career opportunities across Africa and the Caribbean.
This initiative supports Afreximbank’s strategic manpower and leadership planning, focusing on professionals with:

Shortlisted candidates will engage in in-person half-day sessions in London, including:

Eligibility Requirements
- African or Caribbean nationals currently based in or near London
- Mid- to senior-career professionals (typically 5–15+ years’ experience)
- Proven expertise in specialist or leadership roles
- Ideally holders of two relevant degrees (Finance, Economics, Law, Business, Technology, etc.)
- Fluency in English (French, Portuguese, or Arabic highly preferred)
- Willingness to relocate to Africa or the Caribbean
