Join our Agricultural Aftersales team and play a key role in supporting customers across the Haynes Group.

Role Overview
As an Aftersales Advisor, you will act as a vital link between customers, the service team and the parts department, helping to maximise equipment uptime and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and promote Customer Care initiatives across the Group, ensuring a smooth, professional and high-quality service experience.
- Utilise Livelink and CNH My Fleet platforms to identify service requirements, generate leads and uncover new business opportunities across the Group.
- Provide support for telematics-based fleet monitoring and management.
- Analyse telematics and fleet data to create targeted service and parts programmes in collaboration with Service and Parts Managers.
- Work closely with the Group Parts and Service Managers to develop, launch and manage customer-focused promotions that drive engagement and sales growth.
- Develop and promote fixed-price repair solutions for regular maintenance and equipment upgrade opportunities.
- Coordinate and support group-wide fixed-price servicing packages, ensuring consistency, value and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience in aftersales or a related field within the agricultural or machinery industry.
- Strong knowledge of aftersales products and services, including parts, service contracts, warranties and extended warranties.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Strong ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a strong commercial mindset.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Full, clean driving licence.
