A national business based within Tamworth (car needed as on the outskirts) are seeking to recruit an experienced customer advisor expert with senior administrative skills to work in a well-established team.
The role is varied and fast-paced and requires candidates to demonstrate high levels of accuracy coupled with strong organizational skills.
Role:
- To ensure you provide a high level of ongoing internal support/communication to all allocated sectors
- Key focus on customer service and proactively managing all aspects of administration & reporting
- Manage customer satisfaction & risk to business by handling complaints/discrepancies, non-conformance & error reporting
- Authorise process for returns/credits
- Maintaining and developing relationships with customers
- Project-based activities
