Role & Responsibilities
ENERCON are now recruiting for an After Sales Manager to be based in Huntington.
- Operate as a competent first point of contact for ENERCON’s customers in all queries, both technical and commercial.
- End-to-end responsibility for After Sales accounts as holistic client relationship manager.
- Responsible for all customer concerns and to coordinate solution findings with the service department in the region.
- Responsible for O&M contracts.
- Key contact to customers for coordinating the execution of all post-sales activities.
- Coordinate the deployment and support of regional After Sales expertise to provide the best possible and timely responses to customer issues regarding the main processes.
- Development of new contract concepts and products.
- Takes care of all contractual obligations and warranties arising from service contracts, together with specialists within the After Sales team.
- Responsible for customer relationships, maintaining periodic contact and meetings with customers.
- Independent negotiation of service contracts (existing contracts, maintenance contracts, additional agreements) as well as defined services, and independent control of conformity over term/content.
- Selling, explanation, negotiation and quotation for main component exchanges.
- Proposes and sells additional and/or alternative products or services to meet customer needs.
- Preparation of documentation, reports, technical data and official documentation following customer and company requirements.
- Represent the customer perspective within Service and provide a professional point of contact between the customer and ENERCON.
- Support and de-escalation of hot-spot issues, major component replacements, and highly complex customer concerns and complaints, including issuing and reviewing them in the approval and credit note process.
- Initiates and supports internal process optimizations.
- Checks and approves creditworthiness within defined limits.
- Networking with internal specialist departments and independent acquisition of knowledge in all areas of wind energy.

Job Requirements
- 2 years Customer Service experience is essential.
- University Degree/Masters in Business Economics and/or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar field is desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills is essential.
- Assertive, adaptable and friendly personality with excellent people skills.
- Can-do attitude with excellent time management skills and a positive approach to multitasking.
- Demonstrate complete discretion due to confidential contractual and financial information awareness.
- Knowledge of and experience with contractual, commercial and technical aspects of the energy industry.
- MS Office proficiency is essential and SAP experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and motivational skills.
- Well-developed social skills, strong ability in building and maintaining interpersonal contacts.
- Full Clean Drivers Licence.
- Experience within the Wind Industry is an advantage.

Location
This role will have the candidate based in Huntington and offers hybrid working with a minimum of two days in the office.
Reporting to
Team Leader After Sales GB & IE

- Your hours of work are 7.30 am to 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday with on-call cover at weekends, on a Rota basis.
- Overtime is paid at 1.5 x basic salary.
- An overnight allowance is applicable when you are required to travel.
- You will receive 33 days annual leave (which includes 25 days annual leave, plus 8 public holidays).
- A Company vehicle may be available depending upon business needs.
