Your Tasks

  • Collaborate with customer quality departments or related teams to confirm the after-sales service process, including fault reporting, troubleshooting (returns and replacements, repairs, and claims), as well as spare parts management.
  • Work with customer quality departments or related teams to review and finalize after-sales contract terms, documentation, and related agreements.
  • Promptly address customer complaints and regularly summarize fault data to identify failure trends.
  • In the event of major customer complaints, organize relevant personnel for a review and confirm the resolution.
  • Oversee the planning of after-sales service points, including resident staff allocation and on-site business guidance.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and manage long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collect and organize product technical data and lead the organization and delivery of various after-sales technical training sessions.

Your Profile

  • A full-time undergraduate degree or higher; candidates in foreign languages, engineering, or related fields, are preferred.
  • Experience in automotive, automotive parts, power battery processes, quality control, or after-sales service is a plus.
  • Proficient in English, with the ability to use the languages effectively in a professional setting. Chinese language is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel moderately as required by business needs for each project.
