Part-Time Nanny Wanted
We are a friendly family living in Muswell Hill looking for a part-time nanny for our children aged 8 and 3.
Role Involves
- Collecting them from school (short walk away)
- Looking after them at home - making dinner, entertaining them
- Availability to look after the children 3 full days a week during some school holidays would be preferred
Seeking a female candidate who enjoys working with children and ideally has previous childcare experience. We'd like to see a CV as a point of reference (even if not childcare-focused).
We've had many nannies over the years and always had a good relationship with them. We find this role works well with a university course as it can be fitted around studies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
