Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and we are on the look out for a passionate Aftercare Manager to join our team!

Role Overview

As Aftercare Manager, you will oversee the period following completion of new build and investment projects, ensuring defects, outstanding works, and performance issues are identified and resolved. This phase supports the smooth transition of projects into operation, maintaining required quality standards.

Working closely with contractors, consultants, club teams, and internal stakeholders, you will coordinate remedial works, monitor progress, and act as the key point of contact during the Defects Liability Period. You will drive defect resolution, oversee site inspections, and provide regular updates to ensure issues are addressed efficiently through to formal completion and close-out.

About You

  • Proven experience in construction, refurbishment, or investment projects, ideally with aftercare exposure.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and building standards, with awareness of M&E systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a structured, fast-paced environment.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Detail-focused, proactive, and solution-driven, ensuring high standards are consistently maintained.
