Aftercare Manager

Location: North East

Your new role

What you’ll do:

  • Organise all labour on site, including sub-contractors
  • Quality control
  • Work closely with the commercial team to ensure costs and retentions are managed.
  • Work with our aftercare partners (Barlows) to effectively manage the aftercare procedures.
  • Make sure all plant and machines are used efficiently on site.
  • Setting out
  • Maintaining safety records
  • Keeping site records up to date
  • Maintain filing system.
  • Checking time sheets
  • Ensure site is tidy
  • Keeping safety/scaffold/plant register is up to date
  • Carry out all duties in accordance with Robertson procedures

What you’ll need:

  • SMSTS, First Aid at Work, Fire Marshal certificates
  • UKATA asbestos awareness
  • CSCS card
  • Previous experience in the construction industry
  • Experience in dealing with architects, engineers, clients, sub-contractors
  • Ability to communicate with staff at all levels
  • Health and safety awareness
  • Full driving licence
