What You'll Be Working On
Our multi-functional Aftermarket team supports:
- Spare Parts
- Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO)
- Engineering Services
- Customer Support & Operations
As an Aftermarket graduate, you'll gain experience across a wide range of activities including:
- Customer Relationship Management - Build relationships with global customers and become a trusted point of contact for spare parts, delivery schedules, commercial enquiries, and contract-related matters.
- Supply Chain & Operations - Work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure aircraft components are delivered on time and customer expectations are met.
- Supplier Management - Help identify, assess, approve, and manage suppliers who support our growing aftermarket business.
- Commercial & Contract Support - Develop skills in negotiation, influencing, customer engagement, and commercial decision-making while working on real business challenges.
- Problem Solving & Transformation - Support projects that improve customer service and operational performance, while supporting technological innovation to increase the speed and delivery of our aftermarket processes.

Who You'll Work With
One of the most exciting aspects of Aftermarket is the variety of stakeholders you'll interact with.
You'll collaborate with:
- Airline and aerospace customers.
- Engineering teams.
- Manufacturing and Operations.
- Supply Chain specialists.
- Commercial teams.
- Suppliers and subcontractors around the world.
This gives you a unique understanding of how a global aerospace organisation supports customers throughout the entire aircraft lifecycle.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for graduates who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and solving problems in a fast-moving environment. You don't need to have all the answers from day one. We're looking for individuals who are curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that sufficient detail is provided on the application form to demonstrate how the applicant meets the stated job criteria, as this alone will be used for vetting purposes.
Essential Criteria:
- BSc/BA/LLB degree (minimum 2:2) in a Business-related discipline and a general understanding of the challenges and opportunities of an aftermarket services environment within Aerospace.
- Requirement to work 36 hours per week, five days a week in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience to complement theoretical/academic experience.
- Positive, enthusiastic and hardworking attitude combined with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in Aerospace as a career.
Desirable Criteria:
- The following may strengthen your application:
- 2:1 or above in a Business-related discipline.
- Relevant practical experience / research within a professional aerospace or aftermarket environment.
- Further relevant qualifications.
