What you’ll do:
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Eaton’s Aerospace Group, Fuel Motion Control Systems Division is currently seeking an Aftermarket Product Sales Manager who will be responsible for the aftermarket sales for our Bedhampton, UK business (hydraulic pumps and components). This role will also include USM Sales Representative responsibilities for a transitional period, with the expectation that capacity in the role is split 30/70, between the USM and PSM responsibilities, respectively. This position will be offered as a hybrid role with expectations of being on site at least 2 days per week at the Bedhampton UK site.
The Product Sales Manager – Aftermarket (PSM) conducts market assessments, monitoring, and analysis to develop and manage a high-quality portfolio of aftermarket opportunities that support each facility’s intake and sales goals. The PSM also secures new aftermarket business aligned with Fuel Motion Control’s strategic and portfolio objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The successful candidate will be able to do the following:
- Interface with Sales/Marketing, Customer Service, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Distribution teams to meet the present and future needs of the aftermarket to ensure resources are aligned with aftermarket requirements and growth goals.
- Identifies and captures key strategic initiatives, new business opportunities, and Retrofits, Modifications and Upgrades (RMUs) that align with the organization’s goals for growth.
- Leads all major customer proposals and RFQs.
- Monitors key customer, aircraft platform and part number buying indicators including MRO budgets and future system upgrade plans.
- Provides accurate and timely market and competitive intelligence, including pricing and competitive standing.
- Develops sales support materials, promotion, and training for global campaigns on targeted aftermarket programs.
- Develops and maintains aftermarket pricing strategies for the site.
- Monitors order/sales/market trends.
- Provides forecast for spares, LRU and repairs by customer in support of SIOP processes.
- Leads the aftermarket top line sales and orders profit planning at the site.
- Supports buying/selling of USM; strengthens vendor relationships, pursue sales opportunities, and provides support in management of repairs.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum four (4) years’ experience negotiating and working directly with airline and MRO customers.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Aerospace Aftermarket.
- Broad knowledge of the Aerospace industry and aerospace aftermarket.

- Customer satisfaction (VOC).
