We are working with a well-established, family-owned business operating across multiple locations in the agricultural and machinery sector. They are looking to appoint a Senior Aftermarket Sales & Operations Manager to help drive commercial growth, improve sales performance and provide clear direction across their Parts and Service operations.
This is a senior role, acting as the link between commercial strategy and day-to-day sales execution. You will work closely with teams across the business to identify opportunities, improve performance, strengthen customer relationships and ensure consistent sales practices across multiple locations.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Turning commercial strategy into clear sales priorities and achievable action plans.
- Identifying opportunities to grow Parts and Service sales across different locations and customer groups.
- Monitoring sales, margin, activity and overall performance, using data to identify areas for improvement.
- Providing direction and support to customer-facing sales teams and ensuring consistent sales processes are followed.
- Encouraging proactive, value-led selling and a strong customer experience.
- Working closely with Parts, Service, Sales, Marketing and technical teams to maximise commercial opportunities.
- Supporting the development of existing customers and identifying opportunities for additional products and services.
- Helping improve workshop activity, parts sales and customer retention.
- Supporting the introduction and effective use of CRM, ERP and other digital sales tools.
- Providing coaching, training and ongoing support to sales teams.
- Building a positive, collaborative and results-focused commercial culture.
- Supporting reporting, forecasting and financial performance across the aftermarket operation.

About You
We are looking for an experienced senior sales or aftermarket professional with a strong understanding of Parts, Service or machinery-related operations.
You will ideally have:
- At least 5 years' experience within sales, parts, service or a similar commercial environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of sales and margin performance.
- Experience leading, coaching or developing customer-facing teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence analysing sales data and using it to make commercial decisions.
- Experience using CRM, ERP and other digital business systems.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities across multiple locations.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with a genuine focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
