Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of aero-engine overhaul, inspection, repair and maintenance methods.
- Review engineering documentation, technical manuals, drawings, specifications and repair instructions to determine applicable overhaul requirements.
- Develop, review and update maintenance, repair and overhaul work instructions.
- Support technical investigations related to component damage, repairability, serviceability and manufacturing/overhaul processes.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, dimensional requirements and material/process standards.
- Carry out basic engineering calculations, technical assessments and data analysis where required.
- Identify opportunities to improve cost, quality, turnaround time and process efficiency within aftermarket operations.
- Support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure engineering outputs comply with relevant aerospace quality, airworthiness, and safety standards.
- Prepare clear technical reports, engineering justifications and recommendations.
- Participate in engineering reviews and communicate technical findings to internal stakeholders and, where appropriate, customers or suppliers.

Work Experience
Experience Levels
We welcome applications from candidates at different stages of their engineering career.
Graduate / Trainee Engineer
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- 0–2 years' relevant engineering experience.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and willingness to learn the aero-engine aftermarket domain.
Engineer
- Typically 2–5 years' relevant aerospace, mechanical, manufacturing or MRO experience.
- Able to independently complete defined engineering investigations relevant to overhaul methods.
Senior Engineer
- Typically 5+ years' relevant experience.
- Proven experience in aero-engine overhaul, repair engineering, manufacturing methods or aftermarket engineering.
- Able to lead technical investigations, provide engineering recommendations and support less-experienced engineers.
