Aftersales Administrator
The Aftersales Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the Aftersales team, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient management of day-to-day operations.
The role will cover a varied range of responsibilities including warranty administration, invoicing, work in progress management, debt control, expenses and travel arrangements.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should have:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A diligent approach with strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous Kerridge experience would be beneficial
- Previous warranty experience would be an advantage

- Aftersales Administration
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Aftersales team
- Manage expenses
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Control invoicing and debt
- Manage invoicing and work in progress
- Manage warranty process with communication to manufacturers
- Creating and control of purchase orders
- Take incoming calls and direct enquiries as appropriate person
- Undertake general administrative duties as required
