Aftersales Commercial Specialist

£50,000 Salary + Annual Bonus + Excellent Benefits

📍 Office-Based in Chiswick Park | UK Automotive Sector

About the Opportunity

Pybus Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for an Aftersales Commercial Specialist on behalf of an innovative and fast-growing automotive organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded individual with experience in automotive aftersales, spare parts, pricing, or accessories management to play a key role in driving profitability, business growth, and operational excellence across a growing UK network.

The successful candidate will take ownership of spare parts pricing, commercial performance analysis, sales target management, and accessories development, helping to shape and enhance the overall aftersales proposition.

The Role

As an Aftersales Commercial Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of the aftersales and parts business through data-driven decision making, commercial analysis, pricing management, and accessories development.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, dealers, and senior leadership teams, you will help maximise profitability while ensuring the business remains competitive within the UK market.

Key Responsibilities

Spare Parts Pricing Management

  • Develop and maintain effective spare parts pricing strategies aligned with UK market conditions and commercial objectives.
  • Analyse costs, logistics expenses, competitor pricing, and market trends to ensure profitable and competitive pricing structures.
  • Conduct regular pricing reviews across fast-moving, slow-moving, new, and obsolete parts.
  • Manage pricing exceptions and ensure consistent pricing governance across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
