Job Description
MSX International is looking for a high-performing Aftersales Coach, to support our client’s dealerships improvement in the UK. Majority of the work is South of England.
The Role
To work with Aftersales businesses within the Audi UK Network to support improvements across several key performance indicators.
The Aftersales Excellence Coach will:
- Deliver improvements in Aftersales Key Performance Indicators
- Engage and work with Managers and Aftersales Teams to root cause areas of underperformance, agree action plans and coach improved techniques in:
- Customer Satisfaction
- Customer preparation and Technical Pre Plan
- EVHC
- Workshop Productivity
- Team working and communication
- Process improvement and quality management
- Quality control processes and analysis
- Facilitating sustainable solutions and continuous improvement
- Ensure service levels are delivered by consistently applying the coaching structure, using agreed analysis tools and presenting a professional image.
- Build a close working relationship with Audi UK Area Teams

- Automotive aftersales experience of minimum 3-5 years
- Good knowledge of business KPI data and the ability to analyse and identify opportunities.
- Experience of aftersales process implementation
- Flexible approach to work – self-sufficient and ability to adapt.
- Be an effective communicator.
- Ability to prioritise workload to deliver agreed contracted days.
- Accurate and timely Administration
- Visit Reports and SMART Actions
- MSXI – Activity tracking, Expenses, Mileage
- Consistent use of agreed analysis tools – to aid root cause analysis and objective feedback to client.
- Be prepared to travel including overnight stays (Business expenses are covered for travel) – valid UK driving license is required.
Additional Information
Working pattern and location
- 40 hours per week
- Monday - Friday
- Field-based, hybrid working with Quarterly National Team Meetings
- Location: To cover South of UK
- Manage own time - expect overnight away from home
