Role: Aftersales Executive - Mercedes Benz
As an Aftersales Executive - Mercedes Benz, you will help deliver a smooth and professional service journey for customers from initial enquiry through to completion. This role is focused on building trust, maintaining clear communication, and supporting strong collaboration across customer-facing and workshop teams to ensure a consistently high standard of service.

Hours - 45
Salary - £30,387 plus OTE bonus
Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer service bookings and manage aftersales enquiries efficiently.
- Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated throughout the service journey.
- Work closely with workshop teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support upselling of service plans, parts, and maintenance packages where appropriate.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in automotive aftersales or a similar customer-facing environment.
- Experience providing service-progress updates to customers, including explaining repair timelines and managing expectations in a dealership aftersales setting.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.

Experience with Keyloop is a plus.
Experience resolving customer complaints in a dealership aftersales setting would be beneficial.
