A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Aftersales manager to join our team in Belvedere.

The Role:

  • Manage the service department, ensuring internal, retail, and warranty work runs efficiently
  • Oversee a team of mechanics and office staff, ensuring work is complete to a high standard and on time
  • Manage service department processes, identify improvement areas and solutions
  • Organise mobile service work for call outs and update customers
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Work towards key targets for service performance and growth
  • Manage, coach, and upskill staff when required
  • Ensure all department members are working in accordance with group H&S policies
  • Monitoring the regional market with respect to new competitors and carrying out analyses of the competition/bench marking in Services

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • A proven and solid Truck or Van Aftersales/Service Management background is essential
