Company Description

Richmond Motor Group, originally established as Richmond Hyundai, has experienced strong growth and continues to expand across the South Coast. The company gained national recognition in 2010 as the UK’s Number 1 scrappage dealer, helping to remove older vehicles from the road and promote cleaner, greener models. Under the leadership of Managing Director Michael Nobes, Richmond has grown from a single showroom in Portsmouth to a network of multi-site, multi-million-pound dealerships. This expansion reflects a commitment to customer service, sustainable motoring, and long-term career opportunities within the automotive sector.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Aftersales Manager role based at the Richmond Motor Group dealership in Bognor Regis. The role involves handling customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, and ensuring compliance with brand, safety, and regulatory standards. The Aftersales Manager also contributes to budget planning, sales targets, and continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
