Aftersales Manager
Marshall Approved Used Nottingham (Skoda Approved Repairer)
Basic Salary £42,000 | OTE £58,000 + company car; 25 days’ annual leave + bank holidays (increases with service); Life assurance & pension scheme; Discounts on car purchase, servicing & more; Access to exclusive shopping and lifestyle perks. Lead a high-performing aftersales team and shape service excellence with one of the UK’s most respected automotive groups.
At Marshall Skoda Approved Used Nottingham (Skoda Approved Repairer), we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Aftersales Manager to take the lead in delivering outstanding customer service and commercial success in our service department.
In this role:
- You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Service department, managing productivity and efficiency across the team.
- You’ll lead, coach and inspire a team of Technicians, Service advisors, Parts and other vital members of the Service department to deliver great customer outcomes while meeting targets.
- You’ll take accountability for departmental financials, working closely with the Head of Business and support teams to ensure profitability, compliance and consistent customer satisfaction.
- You’ll also be responsible for maintaining a positive team culture, driving performance and professional development across your department.

We're looking for:
- Someone with experience as Aftersales or Service Manager with a strong background in Service operations.
- Someone who can confidently manage a large and diverse team while setting clear expectations and leading by example.
- Someone with excellent customer service acumen, analytical skills and a focus on maintaining compliance with manufacturer and industry standards.
- Most importantly, someone who shares our values and takes pride in delivering both great results and a supportive, positive working environment.
