Aftersales Manager

Hatfields JLR Chester

Basic salary up to £50,500 with OTE up to £71,300 with company car, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), pension, family health care, critical illness and life assurance schemes, exclusive discounts on new and used vehicles and aftersales services.

Aftersales Managers within Hatfields play a critical role to ensure our customers receive an exceptional level of service from both front of house/workshop and everything in between. You will support in driving a collaborative culture amongst our colleagues. Hatfields will empower, support, and give you all the tools you need to thrive in an exciting environment where your role is vital to our success.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to collaborate with other departments to overcome challenges and solve problems quickly.
  • A proven track record of continuous improvements to processes within a premium or luxury brand.
  • Communication - we need you to be comfortable liaising with stakeholders at every level of the business.
  • Motivational Leadership to all of our aftersales colleagues, taking responsibility for performance and our colleagues' professional development.
