Aftersales Manager – Glasgow
Pybus Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Manager on behalf of a well-established automotive retail business in Glasgow.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and experienced automotive professional to lead a successful aftersales operation, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong financial performance, and the continued development of a high-performing team.
As Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Service, Parts and Workshop operations, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and profitability targets are achieved. You will work closely with your team to review performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous business success.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated leader with a proven ability to motivate and develop others in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all Aftersales operations, including Service, Parts and Workshop functions.
- Drive departmental profitability and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction, productivity, and financial performance.
- Develop, support, and motivate department managers and team members.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement across the business.
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer, industry, and company standards.

About You
- Self-motivated, dedicated, and results-driven.
- Proven experience managing a successful Aftersales operation within a franchised or main dealer environment.
- Demonstrable track record of delivering strong Aftersales KPIs, including customer satisfaction, productivity, and profitability.
- Experience leading and developing large teams across Service, Parts, and Workshop departments.
- Strong commercial awareness and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and people management abilities.
