We are looking for an Aftersales Manager to join our outstanding team at Vertu Toyota Worksop.
Whether you’re an experienced Aftersales Manager looking for a fresh challenge, or have a successful Automotive Service background and you’re ready to step up into a broader management role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
You’ll take responsibility for leading our Aftersales operation across Service, Parts and Workshop, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact while continuing to develop your career with one of the UK’s largest motor retailers.
We are offering a £40,000 basic salary with an OTE of £52,000, plus a fantastic range of company benefits.
About The Role
As Aftersales Manager, you’ll lead and develop a team of Technicians, Service Advisors and Parts Advisors, creating a high-performing environment focused on delivering outstanding customer service and strong commercial results.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Leading, motivating and developing the Aftersales team to achieve their objectives
- Driving performance, profitability and operational efficiency across the department
- Monitoring and controlling costs in line with the business plan while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service
- Coaching and supporting colleagues to maximise their performance and development
- Implementing effective processes to continually improve customer satisfaction
- Ensuring manufacturer and Group standards are consistently achieved
- Ensuring customer information is accurately collected and recorded in line with Group standards
- Monitoring colleague performance and identifying opportunities for development
- Maintaining a safe, professional and effective working environment

What Are We Looking For?
You don’t necessarily need to already be an Aftersales Manager.
We’re interested in hearing from established Aftersales Managers as well as ambitious automotive professionals who have built strong management experience within Service, Parts or Workshop and are now ready to take the next step.
You’ll need to demonstrate a strong understanding of automotive Aftersales, alongside the leadership skills, commercial awareness and ambition needed to successfully lead a multi-functional team.
Ideally, you’ll have experience within a franchised motor retail environment and be able to demonstrate your ability to improve performance, drive profitability and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who can bring the best out of their people, lead from the front and who is excited by the opportunity to develop their management career.
