Overview

We're recruiting for an Aftersales Manager to join an innovative, niche automotive manufacturer based in Oxfordshire.

This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead the aftersales function for a growing fleet of premium customer vehicles. You'll take ownership of the complete customer journey following vehicle delivery, ensuring an exceptional ownership experience while acting as the main point of contact for ongoing support, servicing, and technical enquiries.

Working closely with engineering, production, commercial, sales, and marketing teams, you'll help shape future products through customer feedback, while also developing new aftersales services and maintenance programs that enhance customer satisfaction and generate recurring revenue.

Supporting an international customer base, particularly within the United States, you'll provide remote support across multiple time zones and will occasionally travel internationally to deliver exceptional customer service and strengthen customer relationships.

This role would suit someone with experience in aftersales, customer success, service management, or account management within a specialist automotive manufacturer, premium vehicle brand, or low-volume OEM, who enjoys building processes, developing customer relationships, and creating outstanding ownership experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
