The role:
This is a great opportunity for you to become a key member of our dealership team. In this role you will:
- Engage your Aftersales team to deliver the world-class service they strive for.
- Be responsible for driving performance of the workshop team, helping to maximise efficiency.
- Manage the Customer-facing team to maximise upsell whilst maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Develop the skills, knowledge, and career progression of team members.
- Optimise operational processes.
- Ensure Compliance with financial processes, Health & Safety regulations, etc.

Previous Experience / Skills:
- A strong communicator and leader
- Experience of Managing a fast-paced Aftersales/customer service team.
- Personal demeanour
- Proficient IT skills
- Must have a driving licence
