The role:

This is a great opportunity for you to become a key member of our dealership team. In this role you will:

  • Engage your Aftersales team to deliver the world-class service they strive for.
  • Be responsible for driving performance of the workshop team, helping to maximise efficiency.
  • Manage the Customer-facing team to maximise upsell whilst maintaining exceptional customer service.
  • Develop the skills, knowledge, and career progression of team members.
  • Optimise operational processes.
  • Ensure Compliance with financial processes, Health & Safety regulations, etc.

Previous Experience / Skills:

  • A strong communicator and leader
  • Experience of Managing a fast-paced Aftersales/customer service team.
  • Personal demeanour
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Must have a driving licence
