This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Aftersales Manager looking for their next career move, with a strong overall package and the opportunity to take ownership of an aftersales operation.
The Role
As Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of the aftersales department.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the aftersales team
- Driving workshop and service performance
- Monitoring KPIs and departmental performance
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Managing commercial and financial performance
- Developing and motivating team members
- Ensuring processes and standards are consistently followed
- Identifying opportunities to improve performance and profitability
- Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues

About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager
- Strong automotive aftersales experience
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills
- A strong understanding of workshop and service operations
- Commercial awareness and a target-driven approach
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to manage performance and drive results
- Strong communication and organisational skills
