Aftersales Operations Coordinator

Leeds / hybrid - 3 days from our Leeds office (LS15 8ZB)

About the role

We are looking for an Aftersales Operations Specialist to join our rapidly growing team in Leeds, UK. This role is a critical part of supporting SharkNinja’s refurbishment and repair operations across Europe, helping to drive efficient, scalable, and sustainable after-sales solutions for our retail partners and customers.

As a Aftersales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the end-to-end refurbishment and repair processes, from product collection and transport coordination through to operational follow-up with repair and refurbishment partners. You will play a key role in deploying processes, monitoring operational performance, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring that product and financial flows are handled accurately and efficiently.

You will interface with retailers, logistics providers, repair and refurbishment centers, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement of our circular operations.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in logistics, reverse logistics, repair operations, or supply chain is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, ownership, and a collaborative mindset are equally important.
  • IT literacy and a willingness to learn are also essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Run reports and extract data from internal systems to identify open requirements, track activity, and prioritize workload accordingly.
  • Support the end-to-end coordination of refurbishment and repair operations across Europe.
  • Coordinate product collections, deliveries, and operational flows with retailers, carriers, repair centers, and refurbishment partners.
  • Ensure returned goods, repair orders, and related assets are processed efficiently and in line with company expectations.
  • Update internal systems, trackers, and reporting accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor operational performance and proactively follow up on open issues, delays, exceptions, or non-standard outcomes.
  • Communicate regularly with retailers and internal stakeholders regarding pick-ups, lead times, repairs, returns, and process updates.
  • Raise purchase orders and support tracking through to completion where required.
  • Support the management of financial flows linked to refurbishment and repair activities, including credit notes and invoice-related queries.
  • Liaise with external partners (3PLs, carriers, repair and repair centers) and internal departments to ensure smooth operational execution.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with retailers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Help deploy new refurbishment and repair processes, tools, and ways of working across the region.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the continuous enhancement of operational efficiency, service level, and customer experience.
  • Support internal reverse logistics, refurbishment, and repair projects as required.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to respond proactively to operational issues.
  • Computer literacy: Excel, Outlook, Word, ERP systems.
  • Experience working in logistics, reverse logistics, supply chain, refurbishment, or repair operations is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and working toward a common goal.
  • Quick learner, willing to dive into new topics, both technical and non-technical.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Interest in sustainability, circularity, and continuous improvement is a plus.
  • Second language would be highly beneficial – preferably French
