Underwoods Motoring are seeking a proven Aftersales / Service Manager to join the team in Clacton and drive the business forward.
This great opportunity comes with a generous package and gives the right candidate the chance to be involved with four franchises within the same location. We are a well-established independent dealer group with an excellent reputation for customer service, holding Authorised Repairer status for Vauxhall, Ford, Skoda and Kia.
As the Aftersales / Service Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and motivating your team, running an efficient department, meeting the customers expectations and developing opportunities to grow the business, whilst adhering to manufacturer’s guidelines.

You will need a full understanding of a modern Aftersales Department, be able to lead by example and have excellent communication skills with both your team and Underwoods customers alike.
This is a challenging role which will require drive and determination. The successful candidate must have previous experience within a busy Aftersales Department, have an excellent attitude and take pride in their work. At Underwoods Motoring we aim to give the best customer experience on every customer visit.
