The Role
Join us at Blade Motorcycles Abingdon as an Aftersales Specialist, where you'll be the driving force behind exceptional customer service for our aftersales team. You will be responsible for endorsing our aftersales service, while providing the highest level of customer service. Your passion for motorcycles and your ability to connect with customers will contribute to growing our customer base and enhancing the reputation of the world-class brands we represent.
In addition, you will play a key role in selling clothing and merchandise, ensuring that our customers have access to the latest gear and accessories that complement their motorcycles. You will ensure the workshop and customers’ needs and requirements for parts are met by maintaining stock levels against delivery notes and storing parts in correct places. You will also pre-pick parts for the workshop to ensure a smooth flow of jobs, process payments and invoices for customers, and manage walk-in customers to a high standard, exceeding their expectations.

This role is Monday-Friday, 42.5 hours per week
About You
You will need to have proven experience in customer service, preferably with a focus on high-end motorcycles and brands. Strong organizational skills and a track record of achieving targets, particularly in aftersales, are essential. Exceptional team and communication skills are a must.
