Aftersales Specialist - Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

We are currently looking for an experienced Aftersales Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term basis to provide maternity cover within our Aftersales division in Burntwood. The contract is expected to last for up to 12 months; however, it may end earlier or be extended depending on business needs and the return of the substantive postholder.

The successful candidate must have a proven track record within an Aftersales / Motor Vehicle environment and an absolute understanding and passion for exceptional Customer Service. We focus on employing the very best staff who can display excellent customer satisfaction, whilst making every contact with our company a great experience to ensure a long-lasting relationship.

The Aftersales Specialist role requires someone who is well organised, has a strong attention to detail, is customer focused and who is confident in a busy working environment. Full product training will be given but prior knowledge of any of our brands would be advantageous. In exchange, you can expect a friendly working environment, a supporting team and benefits commensurate with an organisation of this scale.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
