At Geely

Our story began in 1986 with a simple but powerful idea, an idea that has driven us to become one of the world’s most forward-thinking automotive groups. For nearly three decades, we’ve been redefining mobility through our iconic global brands, including Geely Auto, Volvo Cars, Polestar, Lotus, Zeekr, Lynk & Co, the London Electric Vehicle Company, Farizon, and more.

We are Geely Auto UK, the UK arm of Geely Auto Group. Having entered the market in 2025 with our first electric SUV, the Geely EX5, we’re continuing to grow rapidly as we build a nationwide dealer and service network.

Main Responsibilities

Technical support & problem resolution:

  • Provide expert technical support to Dealers, resolving complex technical issues efficiently. You’ll take full ownership of each case, providing confident guidance with a customer-first mindset while meeting our standards for response quality and timeliness.
  • As part of the Geely and Zeekr Technical team, you will be the expert our Dealer Network relies on to deliver fast, accurate and customer-focused technical solutions. Using our approved systems (GDMS & GLDS), you will diagnose concerns remotely or directly on-site, ensuring every enquiry receives a clear, high-quality resolution.
  • Working proactively, you will drive technical case closure through remote support or hands-on repair coaching, collaborating closely with our Customer Service Centre, manufacturing partners and both technical and non-technical training teams.
  • Your expertise ensures our customers experience the highest levels of satisfaction and trust in the Geely and Zeekr brands.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
