Job Purpose

The AG Service Solutions Intern supports the EMEA Product Services team in the development, implementation, and promotion of agricultural service solutions across EMEA markets.

The role supports activities related to service programmes such as Extended Warranty, Maintenance Contracts, Inspections, Connected Services, and other customer support solutions. This includes market readiness activities, preparing documentation and training materials, coordinating with stakeholders, and helping maintain tools and processes used by dealers and customers.

The Intern also supports wider Product Services projects and initiatives as required.

Strong written and spoken English is essential. Additional languages such as Italian, Spanish, French, or German would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

The AG Service Solutions Intern has these primary tasks:

  • Create and coordinate marketing materials including dealer communications, newsletters, bulletins, and promotional materials for Service Solutions across EMEA markets.
  • Develop, deliver and maintain dealer and internal training content, including e-learning modules, training videos, presentations and interactive learning materials, using modern digital and AI-powered content creation tools.
  • Support the publication and distribution of service content through digital platforms such as the Dealer Portal and eTIM.
  • Coordinate the translation and localisation of communication, marketing, and training materials across EMEA markets.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the timely delivery of communication, training, and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain communication, training, and project documentation, including trackers, reports and supporting materials.
  • Support the wider Product Services team with projects and activities as required.

Experience Required

Education

  • Degree: Marketing, Communication or Project Management. Also accepted Agricultural Economics.

Soft Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive, professional and customer-focused attitude.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, if required.

Languages

  • English: Fluent speaking & writing (Mandatory)
  • French, Italian, German, Spanish: Advantageous.
