Account Manager – Regional Agency Sales (Edinburgh)
Location: Edinburgh – Hybrid (2 days onsite)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Role
You’ll be joining our Regional Agency Sales team, working with some of the UK’s biggest and most influential audio brands. We’re a passionate, experienced group who pride ourselves on delivering creative, multi-platform solutions to leading media agencies and clients.
You’ll work autonomously while being fully supported by a collaborative team, partnering closely with planners, content teams, and commercial colleagues to bring campaigns to life and deliver outstanding results.

Your Responsibilities
You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of agency and client relationships, delivering creative audio solutions that drive revenue and long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop strong relationships across agency planning, buying, and strategy teams
- Drive audio revenue across your portfolio through proactive selling and creative solutions
- Deliver engaging presentations and act as an ambassador for Bauer Media brands
- Identify and win new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
- Lead and support creative pitches backed by insight and research
- Work closely with internal teams to plan and execute campaigns effectively
- Manage campaign delivery, forecasting, and reporting to meet business targets
- Analyse agency spend to uncover opportunities for growth
- Maintain excellent knowledge of audio market and wider media landscape

The Skills You Will Bring
Must-Have:
- Proven experience in media sales or account management
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- A consultative and creative sales approach with a track record of delivering results
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management
- A proactive, driven mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working with media agencies or within the audio market
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of campaign planning
- Confidence working with data and insight to support sales strategies
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
