Tomorrow PR is a London-based communications agency specialising in design, architecture, interiors, lifestyle and luxury. We work with leading international brands, designers, architects and hospitality clients, delivering thoughtful communications programmes across the UK and internationally.
Our work is built on organisation, attention to detail and exceptional relationships. Behind every successful campaign is a well-run agency, and we're seeking an outstanding Agency Administrator to help keep everything running smoothly.
The Role
We're looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Agency Administrator to become an integral part of our team.
At its core, this is an administrative role. You'll support the day-to-day running of Tomorrow PR, ensuring our internal systems, reporting, databases and agency communications remain accurate, organised and up to date.
You'll work closely with every member of the team and play an important role in keeping both the agency and our client accounts operating efficiently.
This position would suit someone who enjoys organisation, takes pride in accuracy, works well with systems and processes, and likes being the person who keeps everything on track.
Key Responsibilities
Media & Administrative Support
- Maintaining and updating media databases and contact lists, including managing bounce-backs and contact changes
- Using databases to research and expand international media lists
- Supporting the team with media research and general administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate internal records and shared agency documentation

Coverage Monitoring & Reporting
- Updating weekly coverage trackers and coverage books
- Inputting coverage into client reporting documents
- Monitoring and organising press coverage across client accounts
- Creating monthly coverage highlight documents using InDesign
- Preparing monthly Tomorrow PR Instagram analytics reports
Team Coordination & Office Administration
- Drafting and issuing agency mailers and company updates where required
- Taking notes and distributing actions following client calls and internal meetings
- Preparing meeting documents and presentations
- Supporting event administration, including RSVP management and attendance records
- Providing on-site administrative support at occasional client events
- Providing general administrative support across the agency
Agency Communications
- Coordinating content for Tomorrow PR's Instagram account
- Assisting with content scheduling and performance tracking
- Helping maintain the agency website and marketing materials where required
Research & Industry Planning
- Researching industry awards, deadlines and submission opportunities
- Monitoring editorial forward features across key publications
- Researching exhibitions, design festivals, talks and industry events
- Maintaining calendars of key editorial opportunities and industry dates
- Identifying speaking opportunities and industry events relevant to client profiles
Agency Resource Management
- Organising and maintaining the agency's print library
- Ensuring access to key design and architecture publications
- Maintaining shared files, templates and internal resources
- Supporting the continual improvement of agency systems and processes
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys organisation and takes pride in getting the details right. You'll be someone who likes creating order, keeping projects on track and supporting others to do their best work.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive, dependable and professional approach
- Confidence working with spreadsheets, databases and administrative systems
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience using Canva, Adobe InDesign or similar software would be an advantage
- Confidence using digital and AI tools to improve research and administrative efficiency
- An interest in design, architecture or the creative industries would be beneficial, but isn't essential

Hybrid Working
Our team works from our Haggerston (N1) office Monday to Thursday, and works from home on Fridays.
Salary: £28,860 per annum
