Who We're Looking For
We are particularly interested in carers who are already based in the South West or can travel to South Molton, North Devon or Cornwall.
Applicants should have:
- Relevant care or support work experience
- Up-to-date relevant training
- Valid right-to-work documentation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A reliable and professional approach
- Flexibility to work different shift patterns
Driving licence and access to transport are advantageous, particularly for roles requiring travel.
