About Ogury

Ogury is a global adtech company powered by Persona Intelligence, its proprietary technology that enables brands and agencies to activate consistent persona-based strategies across channels and drive measurable brand outcomes.

Founded in 2014, Ogury operates in 18 countries with over 400 employees worldwide.

Ogury enables marketers to scale audience strategies with consistency in a fragmented media landscape. By maintaining persona integrity, we help brands activate high-value audiences more efficiently, strengthen campaign performance, and unlock sustainable growth.

At Ogury, our vision unites us all. But we know that it takes people from all walks of life to come together and make it happen. We embrace and celebrate what makes us different, creating a unique and winning culture where everyone feels safe, has access to the same opportunities, and is excited about bringing their most authentic self to work. Everyday.

Together we’re changing the face of adtech with values that inspire excellence, standards that encourage a leadership mindset, and an inclusive workplace where Ogurians are engaged and know they belong.

Working at Ogury

At Ogury, we pledge to provide all our team members with an equitable voice across our company and community. We understand that to have Ogurians who are engaged, respected, and who feel proud to belong, means creating a safe space where everyone feels comfortable bringing their most authentic selves to work. Everyday.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Agency Development Lead to shape and grow Ogury’s relationships across the UK agency landscape.

In this strategic and commercially focused position, you will take ownership of our partnerships with major agency groups and their operating agencies. You will develop senior-level relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure Ogury is positioned as a trusted and valuable partner across the wider agency ecosystem.

You will act as the central point of contact for our most important agency partnerships, coordinating activity across agency leadership, investment, strategy, planning, programmatic, and activation teams. You will also serve as a senior escalation point, ensuring we deliver a consistent and high-quality experience across each relationship.

Alongside your external responsibilities, you will lead and support two team members, providing clear direction and ensuring our agency development activity is coordinated, commercially focused, and aligned with Ogury’s broader UK strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities across agency groups, teams, clients, and capabilities.
  • Create strategic account plans that establish clear priorities, relationship maps, growth opportunities, and measurable objectives for each agency group.
  • Connect senior agency stakeholders with the appropriate Ogury teams and ensure coordinated engagement across Sales, Client Services, Product, Marketing, and Insights.
  • Increase awareness and understanding of Ogury’s Persona Intelligence technology, advertising solutions, and wider value proposition.
  • Gather agency and market feedback and translate it into actionable insights for Ogury’s commercial and product teams.
  • Lead commercial conversations and partnership initiatives that strengthen Ogury’s position within agency planning and investment decisions.
  • Own forecasting, pipeline development, and reporting for agency-led commercial opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent CRM records across relationships, opportunities, and activity.

What You Will Bring to Ogury

  • Significant experience in agency development, agency partnerships, adtech sales, media sales, or strategic account management.
  • A strong understanding of the UK agency ecosystem, including major holding companies and their operating agencies.
  • An established network of senior relationships across media agencies, ideally spanning investment, planning, strategy, programmatic, and leadership teams.
  • Experience developing relationships across multiple agency groups rather than within a single agency network.
  • A strong understanding of programmatic advertising and the wider digital media landscape.
  • Demonstrable success identifying, developing, and converting complex commercial opportunities.
  • Experience creating and executing strategic account plans across large, matrixed organisations.
  • The credibility and communication skills to engage stakeholders ranging from operational teams to senior executives.
  • Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to balance long-term partnership development with near-term revenue opportunities.
  • Experience managing, coaching, or providing strategic direction to team members.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to coordinate effectively across Sales, Client Services, Product, Marketing, and other internal functions.
  • An entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, with the confidence to build structure, identify opportunities, and take ownership.
  • A genuine interest in adtech and a strong awareness of developments across agencies, platforms, data, and digital media.
