Agency Development & Client Relationship Manager
We're Looking for Someone Who Knows How to Build Relationships
We are looking for a relationship-driven, commercially minded person to help us grow our presence within the creative agency and brand sector.
We already work with a number of agencies, creative businesses and brands, but there is a huge opportunity to do much more.
Too often, an agency comes to us for one project, we deliver it successfully, and then the relationship goes quiet.
We want to change that.
Your job will be to build genuine, long-term relationships with creative agencies and become someone they know, trust and think of whenever they have a project that requires print, production, branding, graphics, experiential, installation or specialist finishing.
The Role
This isn't a traditional sales role where you're expected to sit at a desk making hundreds of cold calls.
We want someone who understands that great agency relationships are built over time.
You'll be responsible for developing relationships with creative agencies, production agencies, branding agencies, experiential agencies, marketing agencies and design studios.
You'll meet people, take clients for coffee or lunch, visit agencies, attend events, hold presentations, stay in regular contact and understand what they have coming up.
Most importantly, you'll learn how each agency works and understand where we can add value to their projects.
Your Job Is to Create More Opportunities
An agency might initially use us for a single print project.
You need to be asking:
- What else are they working on?
- What other clients do they have?
- What projects are coming up?
- Who else within the agency should we know?
- What can we produce for them that they're currently outsourcing elsewhere?
- How can we become their go-to production partner?

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

It's:
- More agency relationships.
- More meetings.
- More opportunities.
- More projects.
- More repeat business.
- More revenue from every agency relationship.
Ultimately, we want agencies to think of us before they think of anyone else when they have a production requirement.
If you're someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and turning conversations into opportunities, we'd like to hear from you.
