If you have experience working within the OOH industry and are looking to lead a team to drive growth and unlock new opportunities, then this Agency Group Head role at Bauer Media Outdoor is exactly what you need.
Based in our Euston, London office, you'll lead a team of talented Agency Account Directors and Managers all aligned to our Dentsu and Publicis agency patch. This is one of our most strategically important agency groups, encompassing some of Bauer Media Outdoors's largest long-term commitment spenders, while also representing a significant growth opportunity, particularly within Publicis. Your role? To drive momentum, unlock growth opportunities, and support your team to hit their targets, all while nurturing the kind of agency relationships that create long-term value.
This role is a blend of people leadership, strategic planning, and top-tier agency engagement. Think big-picture thinking, senior-level storytelling, and coaching your team to build the best possible agency partnerships.
A bit about the role...
This is a leadership role with both commercial and people responsibilities. You'll be:
- Setting the strategy for your agency patch and taking ownership for revenue growth across your group of agencies.
- Working with your team to develop account plans tailored to each agency's needs, creating opportunities that drive growth and deepen partnerships.
- Building and maintaining brilliant relationships with senior agency stakeholders (think Managing Partners, Business Directors and beyond).
- Coaching and developing your team- helping them thrive in their roles, respond to briefs with confidence, and build their own strong agency partnerships.
- Being a key contributor to department-level strategy, planning and forecasting alongside the leadership team.

What you'll bring...
- Experience in media sales specifically OOH and a good understanding of how specialist media agencies work.
- A commercial mindset, with a track record of delivering revenue growth and spotting new opportunities.
- Experience coaching, mentoring or supporting others whether formally or informally and a genuine passion for helping people succeed. You might not have directly managed a team before, but you're ready for that next step.
- Confident building and maintaining relationships with senior agency stakeholders - you're someone people trust, and you know how to open doors and keep conversations going.
- Organised, strategic and proactive; someone who leads by example and brings others with them.
