About SHOUT
SHOUT is a creator performance business built to help brands scale authentic content and measurable outcomes through the world’s largest nano-creator network, supported by AI-enabled tooling for briefing, moderation, and content governance.
We operate across two core arms:
- SHOUT Agency – full-service execution: strategy, creators, production, paid media, reporting
- SHOUT Studio – self-serve creator platform and tooling
The UK agency is at an inflection point and ready to grow. We’re hiring a commercially driven growth specialist to rebuild the new-business engine and drive momentum – someone who loves winning clients and turning conversations into revenue.
Role Overview
This is a sales-first, growth-focused role. The primary goal is clear: generate new business for the SHOUT Agency in the UK. We’re looking for a hunter – someone who can build pipeline, open doors, and close deals – not a traditional management hire.
You’ll own the top of the commercial funnel end-to-end: finding opportunities, positioning SHOUT, building relationships, and closing revenue. As you prove out results, there’s genuine scope to grow the role – taking on account leadership, team support, and broader commercial and operational responsibility across the wider business over time.
In short: win new business first; grow into a more senior, wider remit as the UK agency scales.
Core Responsibilities
- New Business Growth (Primary KPI)
- Own UK new-business performance: pipeline generation, conversion, and new revenue
- Proactively identify, target, and open new client opportunities across relevant brands and sectors
- Lead and close new business end-to-end: prospecting, outreach, qualification, pitching, proposal strategy, negotiation, and closing
- Build and maintain a healthy, well-qualified pipeline with strong deal velocity
- Represent SHOUT credibly in pitches and client rooms – persuasive, commercially sharp, and confident

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
