Growth Manager – Marketing Agency Services

Location: London
Salary: Circa £45,000 basic + commission
Working Model: Hybrid – four days in the office

Are you commercially driven, well connected within the marketing-agency world and confident selling consultative services to agency leaders?

We are recruiting a Growth Manager for an established business that helps marketing, creative, PR, media and technology agencies generate new opportunities, strengthen their market position and build relationships with leading brands.

This is a broad agency-growth role not simply event or sponsorship sales. You will speak with agency founders, Managing Directors and senior commercial leaders, understand their growth challenges and recommend the most relevant combination of services.

These may include:

  • Outsourced business development and lead generation.
  • PR, positioning and thought-leadership support.
  • Senior brand and CMO engagement programmes.
  • Agency-growth memberships and communities.
  • Curated introductions and facilitated meetings.
  • Conference participation, sponsorship and speaking opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
