Sirona Medical are working alongside a Major NHS Trust based in Carlisle with their staffing requirements.
We are looking for experienced AGENCY Nurses (RGN's) to work within our client's hospital wards.
We have ad-hoc days, short term contracts, long term contracts, and ongoing requirements available.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for individualized patient care of the highest standard.
- Encourage good working relationships within the multidisciplinary team, to ensure the effective care and treatment of patients.
- Promote best practice, quality assurance, and clinical audit where appropriate.
- Undertake the role of mentor for student nurses and junior staff within the ward.
- Ensure legibility and accuracy of nursing records and regularly participate in department meetings to enhance team communication.
The Ideal Candidate Will Be:
- NMC registered
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility
- A passion for Healthcare
- Previous experience in working within a busy NHS Hospital
